Driven by a passion for gastronomy and backed by years of experience in the food industry and entrepreneurship, I now dedicate myself exclusively to what I have always dreamed of—creating meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impression.
This philosophy lies at the essence of curation: a holistic approach through which I design gastronomic experiences, corporate events, and gifts with a distinct identity, always offering the right solution for the right need.

MY JOURNEY
Today, through MIMIKOU | Curated Events & Gifting, I create thoughtfully curated experiences that bring together gastronomy, gifting, aesthetics, and storytelling in a seamless, holistic approach.
My journey to where I am today began with my family’s business, AFOI MIMIKOU S.A., in the export sector, where I gained invaluable experience in product development, market needs, and strategic product positioning.
I later founded AMIEX Import–Export, collaborating with both Greek and international brands while acting as a bridge between each company’s unique requirements and the right producers and products. It was during this time that I developed the curation philosophy that continues to define my work today.
My passion for gastronomy then led to the creation of ALEXANDRA MIMIKOU Bakery, where I developed custom edible creations, tailor-made concepts, and gastronomic experiences for corporate events and PR projects.
My collaboration with MANTIS Group and Malamatina Winery further strengthened this philosophy through the creation of wine and food pairings, themed experiences, and brand activations, all centered on the connection between taste, experience, and meaningful brand communication.
